About Rose Federation
Welcome to Indian Rose Federation
The Indian Rose Federation was planned and founded in the year 1978 during the First All India Rose Convention, held at Mumbai under President Mr. Prabhakar L. Mokashi, due to enthusistice response from rosarian across the Country across the country the members requested to review the Constitution, which was later confirmed at the Second Convention, at Jabalpur. It was registered at Jabalpur in the year 1979 and Justice K. K. Dubey and Mr. M. S. Pai were respectively chosen as the first President and Secretary of the federation.
